Senia Maymin
Senia Maymin, MBA, MAPP is the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of PositivePsychologyNews.com, a 30+ author daily news site, published in English and Chinese, about the latest research and applications of positive psychology. Senia is an Instructor at the University of Pennsylvania for the Martin Seligman positive psychology course in the Master program. Furthermore, Senia works with individuals and companies to bring positive psychology tools to businesses. Senia has a background in entrepreneurship (past President of two high-tech start-ups) and finance (Morgan Stanley, hedge fund). She is on the Forum Committee for the Springboard Enterprises October 2008 NY Forum for women entrepreneurs. Senia is on the Board of Directors of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), and she is the Editor-in-Chief of the newsletter to IPPA members.
Senia speaks Russian, French, and Japanese. She completed her AB in Mathematics and Economics at Harvard University, her MBA at Stanford University, and her Master in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania.
