
Yes. If your boss is logic driven (or reports to a decision maker who is), then this is a purely pros and cons analysis. So, build the case for why this is going to benefit the company's bottom line in the end. But if your boss is the more compassionate type, make this more personal and discuss how much better this is going to be for you, your family, your boss and your colleagues. Either way, the goal is to get permission to “just try it” and then blow them away.
