And finished three interviews last months,but at last i was not been selected compared to another candidate who has more experience. But,Amy i am willing to do three months volunteer as his position. The best you can do is rapidly switch your attention between simultaneous events, like the circus guy trying to keep 29 plates spinning at once, running like crazy to make sure they all keep spinning. Eventually, it fails, the plates stop spinning and they all crash to the ground simultaneously.

Not to mention all the mistakes you make, all the things you miss, just because you want to feed your inner ADHD and can't find the patience to finish one thing at a time.

Dean Robinson Let us assume your application to a vacancy announcement results in a call back from the placement firm. The firm leaves a name; a phone number and an “I’d like to talk…” message. After initiating two return calls – over two days – and getting the “she’s on another line”, at what point do we write this off as “ain’t gonna happen”? What is the appropriate level of follow-up from an applicant perspective? How dogged should this pursuit be before it lapses into vexation?

I also don't see a problem with an applicant calling up to once daily to follow up. A week of daily calls/messages with no response however, may be a good indication to focus your energy on other prospects.
