At my core, I'm a career owner, a strategic job hopper and a serial entrepreneur.

My personal vision is to inspire and empower people around the world to create, follow and succeed on their path and consequently become better citizens of planet Earth.

My personal mission is to empower you to claim control over your career and succeed on your own terms.

To achieve this I will:

1. Provide you with insight that will empower you to take control of your professional life.
2. Provide you with the knowledge and practical tools that you need to develop a sustainable career path.
3. Provide you with the tools and insight you need to execute and excel day after day.

Most say that I have quite a unique background. I was born and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia. After graduating high-school I voluntarily completed part of my undergrad degree at Brandeis University and Tufts University and proceeded to graduate from Emory University with a Business (BBA) degree. Shortly after, I complemented that with a Baking and Pastry Arts degree from Johnson & Wales University. During my 10 year work life I've voluntarily worked in 12 jobs throughout the globe (Latin America, US and Australia) and set up several businesses in between. All of these experiences have provided me with key insights to share with you so you too can claim control over your career and succeed on your own terms.

By deliberately taking ownership of my career, I continue to create choices for myself. Now I live in Sydney, Australia where I write full time. Stay tuned.
