Having worked in both the corporate world and the nonprofit sector, he has seen the potential of individuals and companies to do the right thing when needed. To this end, he seeks to help people make better choices in order to have a positive impact on those around them.
In 2006, he and Stephen Moseley began dreaming about CoolPeopleCare, Inc. and put that dream into reality shortly thereafter.

His first book, New Day Revolution: How to Save the World in 24 Hours was published on November 1, 2007 from Xyzzy Press.He frequently travels and speaks on issues related to social entrepreneurship, the next generation, and saving the world.
