
Jason Gan is a passionate and society-oriented Malaysian; he got his degree from Northern University of Malaysia major in international economics. While pursuing his degree, he started an event management enterprise in university organizing events for his peers, besides that he also pioneered a Project Based on Exchange for AIESEC in Northern University of Malaysia.
Jason loves to learn about marketing, public relations, people development and management and cares about the talent crisis issue in his country. Prior to his passion, he joined a local recruitment agency in Penang, Malaysia right after the completion of his degree.
Currently Jason is the strategist for MyPath, a start-up social enterprise aimed to assist undergraduates and young career seekers in Malaysia to discover passion, develop talent and deployment into the right career path. Jason involved in the conceptualization of the business model itself and currently in charge of the marketing department and pioneering few projects under the umbrella of MyPath.
During his spare time, Jason blogs about his learning journey in marketing, business development and talent management as well as career development. He also speaks in various occasions to share his opinion about career development to his peers. As for now, he is developing his talent in graphic design and photography too.
