Eileen Chang

Eileen Chang will graduate from the University of Oregon in June 2008 with a major in journalism: public relations and minor in human physiology. Transitioning from student to professional, she is moving back to Portland, Ore. to complete her last term and intern at Waggener Edstrom Worldwide.

She currently works for Allen Hall Public Relations, UO’s student-run public relations agency, as the account supervisor for the New Venture Championship account. Previously, she’s worked at other organizations, such as Nike, Oregon Football and Kosmos Central (a web solutions company).

Outside of passionately learning and practicing public relations, she enjoys reading, singing, shopping and most of all – eating and laughing. She tends to get excited about all the little things in life.

Communication Conversations originated as a class assignment. Since then, Eileen has continued it as a platform of dialogue about public relations and communication from the perspective of a student and young professional.

Eileen Chang's blog is Communication Conversations.
