Anthony Portuesi is a Senior Sales Rep and Management Intern at Johnson & Johnson. Over the past 5 years, Anthony has advanced through J&J’s Management Development Program, while also managing a sales territory in the company’s pharmaceutical division. His efforts in both arenas have earned him the Rookie of the Year Award, Regional Excellence Award, Representative of the Year Award, and most notably the Johnson & Johnson Standard of Leadership Award for his contributions on an emerging customer segmentation initiative.

Expanding on his passion for personal and professional development, Anthony serves as an award judge for the Pi Sigma Epsilon national convention, as well as a sales coach and judge of their Pro-Am Sell-A-Thon. His blog DrivenLeaders.com, focuses on emerging leadership and is dedicated to the development of Gen-Y leaders.
