Anna Michelle envisions a world where salary figures are posted on the office bulletin board, the wage gap is an ancient issue, and every HR manager can know and explain how people-centered practices can make and save money. Four months in an intensive job search put her at the bottom of the totem pole, where she enjoys the mirth and merriment of entry-level employment.
She believes that blogging and critical self-reflection improve organizational learning – and she has extensive research from her undergrad thesis to prove it (the result of her last four treacherous months at Belmont University in Tennessee).
When not working her way to the top in the 9-5, she blogs about career advancement, political issues, and the "hipster" life in Nashville. She enjoys cooking, occasionally setting her kitchen on fire, the company of good friends, CuteOverload.com, and getting into overly serious and spiritual discussions with her boss.
