Adam Salamon is an energetic and passionate Austinite who grew up in Laredo, TX. He got his degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2005 with a triple major in Political Science, Hebrew and Middle Eastern Studies. A Jewish kid with a liberal arts degree naturally attends law school after college, but after some deep soul searching, Adam realized that law school wasn't his passion. Adam's first job out of college was at Dell where he finished # 1 in global consumer sales. Adam then joined Bazaarvoice, a start-up from Austin, TX focused on capturing and leveraging user-generated content for its customers.
As the 11th employee out of over 75 at Bazaarvoice, Adam helps run Bazaarvoice's Market Development efforts by evangelizing and advocating the power of customer content and customer ratings & reviews.
In Adam's spare time, he can be found enjoying Austin's culture, Tex-mex & BBQ. He is a loyal advocate for Lifetime Fitness, Costco and local Austin eateries. Feel free to email him as he has a recommendation for any taste in Austin or you can read his reviews on Yelp.
