Now, I must confess I was obsessed with the show, "Full House" as a kid. In fact, I still am. I can quote one-liners from the show, and insert them into just about any conversation. But, more on that later.
The 30-minute comedic sitcom was all about the trials and tribulations of the Tanner Family. Besides being incredibly funny in my opinion, there's many workplace lessons we can learn from the show.
We all need an "Uncle Jesse" in our lives.
If there's one thing the show taught me, it was to embrace my inner rockstar and daredevil. Uncle Jesse is the young, hip, motorcycle-riding, musician who embraces life to the fullest. There's a lot to be said about that. Life's too short to just be punching the clock 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and sitting on the couch every weekend watching old Brady Bunch reruns. Get out there and find a way to do what you love. Find a job that you are legitimately passionate about, go out of your way to do fun things on the weekend and ultimately never forget to take a few moments to smell the roses.
"You got it dude!"
Probably, one of the most recognizable one-liners from the show. And every time, Michelle would utter the phrase, she would give a "two thumbs up" sign. If anything, it's a reminder for me to never lose my sense of youthful optimism. As we get older, it's so easy to become cynical and affixed by "grown-up" aggravations at work and at home. But, it's so important to take those few minutes to enjoy child-like simple pleasures, like swinging on a tire swing or playing a pick-up basketball game. It's those simple pleasures that will keep you grounded and happy.
"I broke the house"
Taken from one of the funniest episodes in my opinion, this is when Stephanie takes Joey's car for a pretend-drive and winds up driving through the family's kitchen. Terrified, Stephanie decides to run away from home and flee to Mexico but, decides to stop at her then-future Aunt Becky's apartment to say "goodbye."
Needless to say, while she is there, Uncle Jesse comes to visit his girlfriend and finds Stephanie hiding in a coat in the closet. She's been caught and her plans to flee to Mexico derailed.
This leads me to my point when she make a mistake in life and in social media, it's important to fess up right away. If you ignore the situation and try and flee, like Stephanie tried to do, you just wound up making the situation that much worse. So, admit your mistake right away, correct the problem and kick butt the next time. And, remember we'll all human. It's okay to make mistakes. The key is to learn from them.

great show wasnt it. one of my fav lines was by stephanie "i kill myself!" she's believes her sense of humor is so good. u know a couple of days i was just reading up on the 80s tv shows & where some of the actors. while some of them really did well , stephanie tanner (i cant recall her real name rite now) ended up not so great.
and hey another lesson sometimes an unwelcome guest like Kimmy Gibler (DJ's best friend) is a much needed intrusion.

My 8 year old watches the re-runs almost every day. The girl playing Stephanie has a book out, and seems to have gotten her life straightened out
