A lot of people, including myself, have asked the question. How can I get more traffic to my blog? How do I get more followers on Twitter? How do I sell more…? Right? When we should be asking ourselves, How do I give more value? How do I entertain them more? How do I help more…?
I am too selfish, but I don’t know it
We are too selfish and we care too much about ourselves. I think that all needs to change right now. If you think that you will get what you want just by caring about yourself all the time you will become successful, you simply don’t get it!
How are you going to change this?
We all have a story, and a really unique one too. Tell your story the way it is. I believe we all have a PURPLE COW inside of us. Something that has happened to us, that hasn’t happened to others. When you have something remarkable to say other will listen and not only that tell others about that.
So, is what you are saying worth spreading to my friends?
How are you communicating your message?
If you just talk to yourself on your blog, don’t expect much attention. In other words, talk TO your readers. By saying something that is valuable, you are making the challenge to write something worth talking about. If your readers understand, like, and trust you, you are doing good.
Of course authority plays a big part in the game, but friendship will trump anything. Go hang out with the people you want to read your blog, converse with them. This is how people start caring about your blog, when you make it all about them. One last word CARE!!
