Here’s what I think causes most people (including myself) not to have a personal vision:
1. Busyness – staying day-to-day instead of going up 40,000 feet every so often to assess where you are going.
2. Improper Tracking Systems to assess progress and results moving towards one’s vision.
What weaknesses will you have to cover off to create and move towards a compelling vision?
Pretty cool of how you have used an iPhone to film your featured post (the same day as my first ever featured post on Brazen Careerist). Another thing that I want to add to your comments is that a lot of people (myself included) fail to have a person vision is b/c people don't really know how to view themselves to make them happy in general. People need to be happy with their future position in order to be convinced to moving into that certain direction or personal vision.
