(Mark, Greg, John and David at Early to Rise)
This week I have been down in beautiful Delray Beach, FL as part of the Early to Rise Bootcamp - 4 days of information on information marketing. While there I had the opportunity to meet some amazing people and by the end of the conference there was a group of 4 of us that had really bonded and learned from each other. The group included Mark Wallace from the UK, who had some amazing ideas on health and “confidence.” Another was John Marsh, who runs some remarkable businesses that have to do with historic restorations (really a mind blowing business and process).
The last guy is David Horn, a 27 year old entrepreneur who had spent the last 4 years in Costa Rica. What started as an escape to another country with a job in travel sales turned into opening a restaurant that serves organic and fresh food in a Chipotle or Panchero’s fashion. On the last day while eating some lunch, I got to ask David some quick questions on lifestyle design, why he made the jump and what his future in Internet Marketing looks like.
This trip was a great experience, from the people to the speakers to the information. I highly advise people to attend as many conferences, workshops, etc as possible. You never know if one thing you learn can change your entire outlook or business strategy. It also doesn’t hurt rubbing shoulders with the likes of Rich Schefren, Michael Masterson, Clayton Makepeace and Brian Edmundson, all legends in the industry.
If you would like to learn more about David, feel free to email him at davidhorn@picantegrillcr.com.
