Knowing your own limitations will allow you to manage to them...if you don't know what your limitations are, how do you ever know you are improving your work and time management skills. Asking for help takes a big step - you feel like you failed, but in actuality, turning in bad product makes you look worse. And when your boss says, why didn't you ask for help, what would you tell him; "I didn't want to look like I couldn't do it". Not a good answer. If you think you will look like a jack ass looking for help, remember that it's much easier to swallow looking like a jack ass to one or two co-workers than it is to a room full of clients. A sulfaric taste at best.

Love it...great point Matthew! Perfectly said.
