I think it is really true that so many types "bloggers" are all viewed as one type of people -- really geeky people who write about their lives online. But the reality is that we're all totally different from the stereotype, and blogging can help your career no matter who you are. I hear a lot of people say "I'm not the blogging type" -- which I think is crap and your post does a great job debunking that argument!
I'm a combination of the first three. But, I believe I'm more of the amiable type, since I'm a very intuitive and observant person. I prefer to watch, ponder and analyze which usually doesn't result in me sharing my ideas. Not that I wouldn't like to. I prefer to share instead of hoard.
I have a blog but, it was personal. I got bored just talking about me. However, I always feel like I never have enough to say to really make it useful to anyone other than me.
