@Brandon - thanks for the feedback. Point taken on Bush, I think I was reading his final pardon's when I wrote this and was pretty upset.
The getting offline strategy is crucial, but remember that if you have the wrong people and wrong image offline, it can hurt you just as much as a bad Facebook page. The ideal situation would be to have a great offline presence that leads people online, interact with each other and bring them back offline to have an experience with their product.
