My husband met the baby I wrote about last night, and I was reminded again just how powerful new is. And how sad it is that we wait until new happens to us - a new year, a new job, a new relaitonship - to focus on that power when really, every day is an opportunity to make the most of new.

So maybe it's a little off topic from this post, but I thought maybe it was an important thougth to share.
@Tiffany: I remember that post! I want to say we featured it on Brazen, but since it was published last January that just wouldn't make any sense ...
And I think it's totally on topic. It's all about making a chance and not letting the New Year dictate what you already could be doing better for yourself.
