It can be very frustrating. From what I’ve seen, most people do one of two things: they either procrastinate and do nothing, spending too much time staring at their to-do list and writing up business plans, or start attacking the to-do l
Nice, Adam. You know you're on the right track when the answer is only a few words: "Whatever makes you money." I often feel completely swamped with all these things I want to do, and don't know where to start. I don't think I can use your advice as judiciously to what I'm trying to build, but I'm sure it'll narrow down my choices.

Thanks for the comment Christopher. There are definitely situations where decisions take more time/effort, especially when there's a lot of risk, but for our business and for most really small businesses no one mistake will kill you so I'm very much an advocate of rapidly trying stuff. If you succeed, you've found something good for your biz. If you fail, you've failed quickly and cheaply.
Good luck!
