After years of searching, I finally found a job that I really enjoyed. I like the people I work with, I’m creative and manage a team of other artists, and I am happy with my compensation. However, as much as I loved where the job was, the winters were killing me.

Well done you! I face the same issue - I love my job, but I hate this city. I just got a promotion, and am hoping that the fact that I'll be managing three other locations while not being there will help them realize that I don't need to be present here either!
