Monica, I agree with you on all the points. Communication is very important in a relationship.
I always feel better when I confront my partner with the issues that are bothering me. Although I expect the worst or even arguments, but usually it ends up peacefully and we find we understand each other more.

Dating/relatiosnips are never easy, but I feel the less you worry about things like the "what ifs" and "is she/is hes?" the happier you'll feel. I think we take trivial things like an unreturned phone call or the occasional absentmindedness and blow them out of proportion.
I try not to stress and when my doubts get the better or me, I take a deep breath, think about it, and then confront the person I'm with, and discuss it instead of inventing all sorts of accusations.
Just enjoy the person your with, approach them when you have doubts and be direct. Communication is vital and can save you from migranes and apology tokens.

A little tip for some women who have a hard time getting information... i've been where you are, you're not sure how to get your guy/girl to understand you or to know your feelings, or confusions. this is something that you grow out of, or grow up from. (my dad used to say this to me alot) "I CAN'T READ YOUR MIND, SO STOP WITH THE GUESSING GAMES!" Not yelling though lol
So if your unsure of anything and want someone to understand you, why don't you try understanding them first.
You can't get what you want until you give.
