I’ve been reading The New Gold Standard by Dr. Joseph Michelli and there’s been several thought provoking concepts presented on service. However, the one that really got me thinking about my different work experiences, and somewhat communicated the heart of the book were the following points.

Justin,

I think the people who are best at resolving problems know that it's A) about recognizing the problem and talking about it and B) about the action that fixes the mistake or alleviates any bad blood.

The value is lost if you skip either of the steps.
