This is a great list and something I think people should be doing even with a good leadership structure in their company.
It pays to be proactive and build a network both inside and outside your organisation. Connect with influential people in your field and you'll not only learn alot but you'll also take these learnings back into your job and it will definitely show.
I wish our government leaders and the leaders of free enterprise would "get this" Right at this time we need someone to "step up" and keep people from panicking.
