I’ve always loved the concept of true north - as in, finding it in another person and orienting oneself around it.
I used to think someone else fit the bill, sat fixed atop my compass as if enthroned.
It took years to topple him and declare in that coup that instead, my true north exists only in myself and I am my own directional point, wherever I am and whereve

Losing one's center - whether that's a person, your own self-confidence, or anything else - can be very hard. Regaining a center can seem impossible in such a situation.
It's easy to say "Press on!" or "Don't give up!" or some such thing, but at the end of the day, catchy slogans are little more than quick pick-me-ups.
What you need is a new center. Seek out someone - or something - to replace that which you have lost. And above all, seek guidance from someone in the flesh, for we of the Internet are only so many disembodied voices.

There is nothing better than realigning yourself to your own center, complete with a life-partner for a true north. This is an exquisite piece.

I to agree. I have one person in my life when all is going crazy all I have to do is pick up the phone and call and that one person can make sense of everything that I am going through.

I would like to know why the hell you are not using this talent you have. For god sakes what is wrong with you. I only wish I could write like this.
