I have a soft spot for MySpace and I'm usually pulling for them with new initiatives. Thankfully on this latest program, they gave me plenty of ammunition to cheer about.

Hey Dave. Love the wrap up and your work on Myspace. I'd love to chat about your marketing initiatives on the site. I've always pulled for them too, being that I am encompassed in Entertainment Marketing. Anyway, I love the new ad platform better than Myspace Music. I am afraid that people will just not buy, I remember being an advocate for SnoCap a few years back too.

I just came from here. http://www.ryanholiday.net/archives/post_30.phtml

I'm no sure what's worse, meeting your girlfriend on Myspace or seriously referencing an icebreaker in a career advice column. Do you live on planet Student Government?

This is the time of year when, every time the phone rings here at Veritas Prep HQ, there's a good chance it's an applicant calling to ask us if he should apply to business school in the third admissions round, or if he should wait until next year. The answer, as is the answer for most things in life, is "It depends."

Personal Branding

When I embarked on my blog journey last December, I thought of it as just an extension of who I was, professionally and personally. I also looked at the blog as a way of being creative. It’s become more than that to me and those of you that read this. My blog is now part of my personal brand.
