This time last year I was dreaming about life post-collgee and wondering what I’d be doing those first few months when I was no longer a student – for the first time in 12 years.

I thought about backpacking around Europe with friends, moving home and taking a mental health vacation before jumping into the real world,

I'm really glad you blogged about this. I think internships are such a great opportunity that have gotten too much bad PR. Kudos to you for making an internship after graduation work for you!

I'm actually in this very same position right now. I've had a couple of internships in television broadcasting but I want to delve into a PR internship before I finally decide which career path I want. I graduate this May and I guess another internship isn't so bad after all--especially since the company offers growth and possible employment afterward.
