At first, I thought it was more Generation Y navel gazing. But having come across a couple of articles questioning where is the passion in the lives of Millennials, I thought it was time to say something.
So many people spend their adult lives looking for that ̶

I agree, I think passion is a great thing but it shouldn't be the only thing. Passion can consume you, yes, but it's not sustainable. You'll either burn out or wander away looking for your next thrill. Hard work ethic, a healthy work/life balance, and the willingess to look for new opportunities are far more valuable.

I have many passions and I could be happy working in many different fields. Right now, Im at an HR conference and I found myself thinking that I could have a career in HR. But I also have a passion for being an entrepreneur. And I have a passion for writing, and reading....There are so many options, stop looking for that one single passion, you'll never find an absolute perfect fit.
