I was very interested in this story because as I develop as a professional, I find that it can make personal relationships more difficult. For example, in business, I expect my fellow colleagues to be strong contributors, to execute, and to complete tasks by assigned deadlines.
When this efficiency is not echoed at home, it can be difficult to deal with. I am so used to processes at work that when processes are absent, it is very frustrating. I think working women and women with MBAs also develop processes and rhythms that work well on the job but may not be realistic expectations for home.
