Tiffany, an excellent piece of advice for blogger of all stripes. I remember the thrill 4 years ago when my personal blog got its first comment. And I had been a journalist for a long whole before that. With blogs, it's personal.

Now, tons and tons of comments and posts later on both a personal and professional note, it's still important to get back to people and remind myself what it meant when I got my first comment.

Nice work here. Excellent advice.

Thanks so much! I think that blogging is such a powerful platform for professionals that we need to truly take advantage of all it offers - we get so in focus on creating great content or promoting our site that it's easy to forget how truly powerful it is to connect through blogging. It's something that can be truly transformative. That's why I'm so excited about this series. Thanks for the encouragement!
