Online personal finance tools are a hot new internet trend. For a vicenarian with a bunch of accounts to track and not a lot of time to do it, these can be a godsend.
Hi Tad, I reviewed Mint, Geezeo, and Wesabe recently for Young Money magazine: http://www.youngmoney.com/money_management/budgeting/241. Of the three, I think Mint was my favorite but the other two have some interesting social media apps.
It seems like Yodlee and Mint are rising to the top. I intentionally excluded Wasabe because it doesn't offer the same key feature of automatic account access.
I suspect both Mint and Yodlee will continue to flourish, each appealing to a different type of user.

I'm a big fan of Mint.com.
I wrote a fairly lengthy review of it on my personal finance blog, Money Crashers.
I love how easy it is to connect to your accounts on Mint.com. I've tried Yodlee, though. Maybe i'll play around with it sometime.
Trent at The Simple Dollar did a very informative post about these stuffs.

If you need to use something like that, then I would think your finances need overhauled and streamlined.
I like Yodlee personally. I recommended a few other options including a checksum and tape-over-the-wallet method in this post:
